Send Simple SMS Broadcast from Outlook

SMS broadcasting uses Outlook and a simple TXT or CSV file to send a broadcast SMS to up to 500,000 mobile users.   Each SMS can be personalised or can be the same message.   No plugins for Outlook are used in this solution.
