This video provides a great introduction to the BNS Enterprise SMS Server software solution. The solution is deployed in your cloud tenancy allowing one-way or two-way SMS communications to the public.

 

It supports multiple business brands out of the box allowing you to rapidly deploy solutions to a choice of SMS Service providers. The video describes the solution as an SMS aggregation gateway for all of users and applications in your organization.

 

It also describes the architecture and how it works, particularly for primary and secondary SMS service provider support. Meta data provided by applications is stored in your SQL database in your cloud tenancy offering the ability to track messages and output data analytics.
